It’s this fusion of native food heritage and other cuisines, that has created such an abundance and variety of unique dishes in Sarawak. Join a cooking class with a professional chef to learn how to prepare some typical Sarawakian delicacies.

- Departure Time: 9 am or 4 pm

- Note: Most local markets only open in the mornings. Especially those that sell products which perish quickly, such as fish and meat. If you choose to do a cooking class in the afternoon, there might be just a limited number of stalls selling vegetables and spices.
